Further Help for Vulnerable customers of British Gas

British Gas have introduced a number of additional schemes to help protect their most vulnerable customers including those who are elderly, disabled, living with long-term illness or on low incomes. Initiatives include winter fuel rebates and British Gas' Home Energy Care register providing additional services such as annual safety checks and specially designed appliance controls and adaptors.
