This sections gives information and guidance to advisors to help them help their clients as quickly and effectively as possible.

Online applications and postal application forms

The online application system means you can submit applications for your clients quickly.  This is particularly helpful if your organisation is an Authorised Agency (see below).  To apply online please use our online application form.

Click here to view and download our pdf Application Form.  You can complete this on a computer or by hand.  It must be printed, signed, and sent to us.  Please make sure it is signed by the applicant.

Authorised Agency status

Becoming an Authorised Agency will allow you and your organisation to submit applications to the Trust without having to send in documentary evidence of your client's income, providing they are in receipt of one or more of certain benefits.

To qualify, your organisation must be able to demonstrate a high quality standard in advice (for example the LSC generalist or specialist money advice Quality Mark).

If you feel your organisation meets these standards, please complete and send us the Authorised Agency Application Form (MS Word).

If your organisation does not qualify, we still welcome applications from you, but ask you to submit proof of your client's income.
